Vlasta Vukovic Cvetkovic was born in Zagreb 1969. She has graduated from Zagreb (Croatia) Medical school in 1993, and specialized in neurology in 1999 at the University Hospital „Sestre milosrdnice“ where she continued to work. She was ass.profesor at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at University of Zagreb and University of Applied Health Sciences. Since 2014 she is working at the Danish Headache Center, Department of neurology, Rigshospital-Glostrup in Copenhagen, Denmark, as a consultant neurologist. Her fields of expertize are headaches (with special focus on idiopathic intracranial hypertension and spontaneous intracranial hypotension), stroke and the application of ultrasound in neurology. She has pubished 130 scientific research and review articles and book chapters. She is a member of several scientific societies in Croatia and Denmark.
