Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card.
Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.
Cancellation Policy for Registration:
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to the Secretariat . Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before February 1, 2024 – 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee)
Postmarked from February 2, 2024 -50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after March 10,2024
Liability
Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
